I admit I am a Nintendo Fanboy and have thoroughly enjoyed playing classics such as Mario Bros, Zelda, Metroid, Contra, Kirby, among many others since I was a young boy. However over the years I have either lost my old consoles or they simply just do not work anymore or the games themselves do not work.
This is pretty disappointing because every now and again I get in that nostalgic mood for some good old Mario 3 or Super Metroid but had no way of playing these games.
Thankfully you are now able to purchase and download literally thousands of titles from past consoles onto your Wii, you are even able to download new HomeBrew games which I have come to love.
There is one problem though these games do cost money! And take it from me they cost can add up rather quickly, next thing you know you are hundreds of dollars deep buying games. With bills to pay and a family to take care of now I can’t reasonably spend this kind of money buying games from my Wii shop at the rate I was.
However there is a loophole to getting all these games for free and that is to unlock your Nintendo Wii, therefore giving you FREE access to download as many games as you would like. That’s sounds great doesn’t it?
Well like everything in life there is a catch and that is this is not an easy task to accomplish on your own. It can very well ruin your Wii if you don’t do everything correctly; and cost you hundreds of dollars in the process.
But there is a solution to this problem! That solution is Wii Unlock Plus. I cannot describe how happy I was after purchasing this step by step guide to unlocking your Wii in a safe effective way. If you read my review above you can see the trouble I went through trying to get my Wii unlocked without this guide.
Fast forward to today though and I have successfully downloaded over 100 titles to my Wii. This was one of the best gaming purchases I have made EVER period.
